Our Current Location

The house has turned out great! The ability to feed ourselves and spend time with the ocean out the back has just been incredible. There are turtles in the water below us and great people on both sides. The weather has sucked a bit with rain but we've got a lot done so far.

Here's a shot looking back from the seawall --- yep, got an upstairs deck to watch from.

Large open living room just off the kitchen area --- combines living, kitchen and dining room all into one room.

Course this makes for good eating --- grilled burgers one night, steaks the next and tonight we had good old Italian spaghetti....

Another shot of the kitchen area towards the front of the house.

And Janice/my bedroom --- shares a bathroom with Kerry's side but it's a nice bathroom with wildlife.

Got to go grab some sleep --- flying to the Big Island tomorrow morning around 7am and need to be on the road by5:30! Will hit the Volacano tomorrow along with other Big Island areas and then back home lateHave a lot more pictures to post from today but will have to wait ---

Kerry bit the big one at Sandy Beach bay when a large breaker wave slammed him into the beach. Surf levels are crazy at the moment,--- he's ok but spent some time in the hot tub before dinner --- multiple rescues, several people hurt and they say that the waves are running 60-70 feet beyond the breakers.

We've seen it in the 25-30' range so far and it's prety scary

So, more tomorrow or the next day before we move back into Honolulu
